DREAMWORKS/FOX: STEVEN SPIELBERG'S MINORITY REPORT

The Future of Advertising is Now

What will advertising look like fifty years from now? That was the unique challenge we faced when asked to create the media-dense environment of the future for Steven Spielberg's film Minority Report. Anne White and Jeff Boortz, formerly with 3 Ring Circus, lead the team on a creative journey that culminated in more than a dozen interactive commercials that appeared in the film.
Initial development included an in-depth analysis of product and service categories that would appropriately shape the social and commercial future represented in the film. Next, the team pre-visualized a number of potential commercial spots. Our creative visualizations helped Dreamworks and FOX secure product placements with well-known brands like Pepsi, Reebok, Nokia, Guinness and Bvlgari.
Finally, we projected the selected brands into the future and produced moving billboards that feature a spectrum of styles to look as if they were created by multiple agencies.
